Engineering

NUST test is based on Math, Chemistry/ Computer, Physics and English. At Zawiya, NUST entry test preparation course duration is for 8 weeks, a total of 42 lectures are delivered for every subject. The test preparation has great emphasis on test -taking methodology and quizzes. The classes for NET(I) at Zawiya starts in the First Week of October each year. Batches are also formed in Jan/Feb for NET(II) and subsequently in May/June for NET-III.  NUST entry test classes are taken by teachers with over ten years of experience. We have our own data base of MCQs, collected over 22 years.

Bio Medical Sciences

NUST test is based on Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English. At Zawiya, NUST entry test preparation course duration is for 8 weeks, a total of 42 lectures are delivered for every subject. The test preparation has great emphasis on test -taking methodology and quizzes. The classes at Zawiya start in the beginning of the year. NUST entry test classes are taken by teachers with over ten years of experience. We have our own data base of MCQs, collected over ten years.

NUST offers Bachelor’s Degree Programs in Engineering with a minimum of 136.5 credit hours course work spread over a period of four years.

Admission Criteria

Minimum Qualification

Minimum of 60% aggregate marks each in Matric and in FSc (excluding NCC marks)/ equivalent exams.

FSc (Pre-Engineering) from any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education or an equivalent qualification like Overseas High School Certificate/ British General Certificate of Education (Advanced level)/ International Baccalaureate/Advance placement with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

FSc/equivalent with a combination of Physics, Mathematics and Computer Studies or Computer Science for admission in Computer Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Avionics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering and Information & Communication System Engineering programmes only.

Dates to remember

Test will be held in 3 sessions in December,2018 and March/April 2019, June/July,2019 respectively. SAT scores from College Board USA should reach NUST by July 15, It is the student responsibility to provide the SAT Scores before this date.

Entry Test Pattern

Entry Test Comprises of various portions, the weightage of which is as follows for Engineering Discipline
